Edit Event Details
Updates the header, event strip, and registration page sitewide when you save.
These appear as the two featured boxes on the home page. Add a description that tells people what each org does. Leave a name blank to hide it.
After someone registers online, they'll see these Venmo handles with payment instructions.
Home Page Background Photo
Add a photo that sits softly behind the logo and title at the top of the Home page. It's faded automatically so the text stays readable. Landscape (wide) photos work best — a course shot or group photo is perfect. Big images are resized automatically.

Upload a photo of Maggie to display in the footer at the bottom of the page. It appears as a small circular portrait above the footer text.

Edit “What's Included”
Change the title and description of each item shown on the Home page. Edit the text, add or remove items, then hit Save.
Course Map & Scorecard
Upload an image of the course map and the scorecard. They appear on the public Course Info page. Big photos are resized automatically. Pick a file for each, then hit Save.
Groups & Hole Assignments
Each box is a fixed hole slot — 1A, 1B, 2A, 2B … 18A, 18B (two groups per hole for the shotgun start). Pick a registered team from each dropdown and it auto-fills the golfers, or choose “Custom name…” for a walk-in group. Then hit Save All Groups. Payment is tracked per golfer on the Payments tab.
Who's Paid — Golfer Roster
Every golfer entered in the tournament shows up here automatically — whole teams or one person at a time, in any order. For each golfer, pick how they paid (Cash, Venmo, or Check) and flip them to Paid. Only golfers marked Paid count toward the Financials total.

Backup & Export
Download a complete backup of everything — registrations, groups, payments, dinner guests, sponsors, photos, financials, and event settings — as a single file. Good to do before any big change or end-of-year reset. The file can be re-imported later if you ever need to restore.
Restore from a backup file you downloaded earlier. This replaces all current data with the contents of the file.
⚠ Danger Zone — Clear Data
Use these to wipe data after a tournament so you can start fresh for next year. These actions cannot be undone. Each one asks you to confirm first. Your event settings, sponsors, and past-results history are kept unless you choose the full reset.
